Iron Oxides

Iron Oxides have been used as a pigment for many centuries and actually provide the color used in the earliest forms of art - cave paintings. They exist in both natural and synthetic forms and have different oxidation states and crystal structures.

Iron Oxides have long been used for their stable, light fast robust nature, offering excellent hiding and dispersion characteristics.
